Leadership Team

Jack Westmancott

Managing Director

I founded 360 in 2017 with a simple vision: to create opportunities for young people to develop, thrive and enjoy being active in a positive environment.

After completing my First Class Degree in Sport and Physical Education, I launched 360 with a genuine passion for making a difference through sport. What started with football fun days, holiday camps and supporting a small number of local schools quickly began to grow into something much bigger than I had originally imagined.

Over the years, I’ve seen 360 evolve from a sports coaching company into a wider organisation that supports children, families, schools and communities. Along the way, we have expanded into education, childcare, health and wellbeing initiatives, community projects and charitable work, building strong and lasting relationships with schools, organisations and local communities across the region.

Today, 360 CollectiveED delivers services across multiple schools, nurseries, community venues and holiday locations, supported by an incredible team who all share the same purpose — creating positive experiences and opportunities that have a lasting impact.

While our services have grown and evolved, the values that we started with remain exactly the same: putting people first, strengthening communities and helping every individual reach their full potential.
